**Continental Cartage Inc. a division of Landtran Systems Inc is currently looking for professional and Safety focused Class 1 Truck drivers to haul Flatdecks across Western Canada and our ICE ROADS.**

**We currently have opportunities for Class 1 Company Drivers with a minimum of 2 years flat deck specific experience to join our Canadian fleet with the option to run US. Just around the corner the season is coming up we are looking for Company Drivers for our ICE ROADS Haul from Edmonton to Yellowknife as well.**
**Tridem's you are getting.60 mile and Super B's.68 a mile and oversized is.68 a mile for** **BC, YT, NT and US.**

**For the other provinces for Tridem.50 per mile and.55 for Super B's and.58 for oversized.** **Layover rates also apply. After 3 months you are eligible for a safety incentive 0.03 a mile paid quarterly, Medical Benefits and Employer RRSP Contributions. A cell allowance of $50 per month. Plus you will be paid a rate of $25 per hour for unloading and loading. Tarping rates for Super B's $150 and Tridem Deck is $100.**

**Requirement's**:

- A resident of Canada or an open work permit in the Trucking Industry only
- Class 1 or AZ driver's license
- Class 1 driving experience specifically in flat deck, step deck and Super B's related work
- Tridem / Super B deck experience considered an asset
- Mountain driving and chaining up experience
- Current commercial driver's abstract
- Experience with tarping and strapping loads an asset (We can train you if needed)
- Able to pass a Drug/Alcohol Test and Criminal Back Ground Check

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner following all company rules and regulations
- Receive load information from dispatch, via onboard satellite system
- Ensure proper load securement
- Tarping occurs on 5% or less of our loads
- Deliver loads to customers in a timely manner
- Some customized work opportunities based on drivers preference

**Terminal Location**: Edmonton, Alberta (Acheson, AB) we can accommodate drivers living in Edmonton & Area, Calgary & Area, Red Deer & Area, and Lower Mainland BC (Restrictive to parking)

**Where we run**: Primarily between Alberta and British Columbia, with options to run into the USA, Northwest Territories and Canada Wide (NWT, and Canada Wide - Seasonal Hauling)
