**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide personal care services including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping.
- Assist individuals with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Administer medication reminders as directed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Monitor client health by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of client living spaces to ensure a safe environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving or post stroke care preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Physical capability to perform tasks that may include heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
- A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- English speaking
- Police check and references needed.
