**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently receive, store, and dispatch parts
- Support internal delivery of parts to service team members.
- Engage and assist clients at the parts counter ensuring top-notch service
- Team up with the parts department for daily operations and tasks
- Monitor parts inventory, ensuring meticulous record-keeping
- Promptly address and resolve any client concerns for maximum satisfaction
- Handle occasional parts deliveries

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of Parts Service or Dealership experience
- Familiarity with SERTI, Mitchell, and parts ordering systems (preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in high-paced environments
- Stellar customer service prowess and a team player attitude
- A keen eye for details, especially when handling inventory and orders
- Must hold a valid G driver's license, with a clean Driver’s Abstract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
