**Responsibility**:

- Required to supervise a crew of labourers to perform a variety of work in landscape maintenance.
- Efficiently perform and manage quality, productivity and safe execution of job as planned.
- Submit required paperwork, route sheets (LMN)
- Communicate professionally to customer, lead hand and team.
- Onboard new staff, train to safety standards, and assist with ongoing performance reviews.

**Qualifications/Expectations**:

- Horticultural certification or comparable designation
- Valid and clean G licence
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Positive team player, hard and fast worker
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete tasks with enthusiasm and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to enforce safety and recognize unsafe work conditions.
