**Description and Deliverables**

Provide Technical Consultancy services, as a Clearance Holder Supervisor, to our client’s Maintenance team. Deliver Worker Protection during upcoming outages. In alignment with all required client schedules, processes and procedures, This assignment includes, but is not limited to, the safe and efficient delivery of the following scope of services:

- Analyze upcoming Clearances ICGs, Clearance Requests, to approve boundary of isolation, and accept the responsibility for the equipment from Operations.
- Interpret/Evaluate Clearance flow sheets and supporting documentation to confirm isolations satisfy the work being requested.
- Ensure all relevant Approved Worker Protection Procedures are in effect.
- Ensure direct communication with the Issuing Authority/Controlling Authority, while performing a face to face briefing, prior to being issued Worker Protection.
- Deliver Pre-Job Briefs to Clearance Holder’s, ensuring activities can be executed safely.
- Assist Clearance Holder’s check of isolations, as required.
- Confirm that all client Worker Protection procedures are adhered to.
- Escalation of any challenges or concerns within Issued Clearances to the Client’s Issuing Authority.
- Streamline Clearance markup, including TCC documentation on Operational Flowsheet, to be included in the Clearance package ensuring current Plant Configuration.
- Interface with Operations and Maintenance to identify and mitigate challenges.

**Education, Experience and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education, such as a degree or diploma in engineering or a related technical field, and/or relevant combination of experience that could be obtained through the completion of a skilled trade
- 3-5 years of experience in worker protection, clearance holding within a nuclear environment
- Clearance Holder Supervisor qualification
- Green Qualified in relation to Radiation Protection considered to be an asset
- Nuclear Site Security clearance at the Bruce Power site considered an asset
