'We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar / Liquor Store Manager to lead our bar operations at The Teddy Bears Den in Shell Lake, SK. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. **'Responsibilities'**
' **Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.**
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control.

Foster a positive team environment aligned with company values.'

**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.**:

- **Strong leadership and team management skills.**:

- **Competent working within a TEAM as well as unsupervised.**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and purchasing processes.
- Knowledge of POS systems and merchandising is preferred.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.'

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
