**eCommerce Associate**

**Location**: Halifax, NS
**Reports To**: eCommerce Growth Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable eCommerce Associate to join our growing team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our online stores (PSEUDIO, envy+grace, and Samuel & Co.).

You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are uploaded and merchandised efficiently, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and operational workflows are managed smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service Support
- Process refunds and returns.
- Order Monitoring
- Monitor orders daily to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders
- Product & Site Management
- Upload new products to the website, including images, descriptions, and details.
- Write and prepare product descriptions
- Merchandize products within site categories to optimize the shopping experience.
- Maintain product catalog accuracy by gathering imagery and product specs from vendors.
- Perform regular audits to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Studio and Marketing teams to coordinate image assets for new products and site updates
- Partner with internal teams to support ongoing eCommerce initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Operational Tasks
- Support the team with operational needs, such as price updates, discount setups, tagging, reporting, and other miscellaneous tasks.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data entry, reporting).
- Experience using Shopify, Retail1, or similar eCommerce platforms (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, collaborative team player eager to learn and grow.
