**The Opportunity**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Leadership**:

- Support the development of and implement global marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative across all markets.

**2. Market Insights and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within industry.
- Utilize consumer insights to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.

**3. Brand Development**:

- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategy, including brand identity, messaging, and visual elements.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels, including digital, retail, and advertising.

**4. Digital Marketing**:

- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a global marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Establish clear goals and KPIs for team members, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities.

**6. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnership**:

- Work closely with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to tailor global strategies to local market needs and preferences.

**7. Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor spending and ROI to ensure profitability and efficiency of marketing initiatives.

**8. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent our brands at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the beauty industry or CPG.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, with experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and innovation.
