New Gen is based on support, with individuals sharing their existing knowledge and reaching out for help when needed. Wages will be determined by experience and job knowledge. Apprentices in their third or fourth year are encouraged to apply; we need somebody to start right away.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 1-3 years construction related experience
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record (abstract will be required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised and follow directions
- Well organized, Neat and detail oriented
- Prompt, Reliable and Dependable
- Commercial Experience Preferred
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in confined spaces
- Must be punctual and disciplined

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Wage**: $20-$30

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**: 8 hours shift, Daytime, Monday-Friday( 40 to 50 hours in a week)
