We are a locally owned and operated fuel delivery company looking for a Class 3 truck driver to deliver to residential and commercial properties within the Dartmouth and HRM areas. Position to start October 1st. Full-time.

**Job description**

Job Duties:
Completing Pre & Post Trips Inspections
Maintaining accurate driver log books
Planning daily delivery routes based on geography of zoned areas
With proper PPE, loading truck with required product while adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Safely driving delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures
Safely delivering correct products to residential and commercial customers
Attending mandatory safety meeting

Job Requirements:
Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Drivers License, with air brakes endorsement, with a 5 year Drivers Abstract
Minimum 2 years professional driving experience required
TDG, CPPI, WHMIS, First Aid/ CPR
Ability to work well with our dispatch team and other drivers
Good organization and communication skills; attention to detail, and a focus on customer service are necessary
Previous experience with hauling liquid load and knowledge of fuel oil products is considered an asset
Must be safety oriented
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

, approximately 40-50 hours per week, occasional Saturdays, No Shift Work

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years professional driving, manual license
Previous experience with hauling liquid load and knowledge of fuel oil products is considered an asset

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
