**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and solutions-oriented Manager, Research & Insights to join the Insights Team as part of the company’s support department “Business Transformation”. Reporting to Director, Sustainability & Consumer Insights, this position is responsible for managing insights programs, including our guest feedback program, Foodback. Core responsibilities include identifying trends and actionable insights, based on data, that inform and validate key business decisions.

As our **Manager, Research & Insights** your key responsibilities include the following:

- Full execution and management of our guest feedback program, Foodback
- Glean insights from survey results, identifying key trends and opportunities to improve business
- Present findings and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze a variety of internal and external data, formulate reports and summarize data to clearly communicate findings
- Manage communication with key stakeholders on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, delivering insights and recommendations to both business and support teams
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Help design, build and automate reports/dashboards that provide insights as required
- Support our self-serve survey platform, Forsta
- Support our insights library, Compass Insights, powered by Stravito
- Involved in other duties and special projects as required

- 2+ years of relevant work experience or combination of education and experience
- A keen interest and passion for data analysis
- Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI or Google Studio
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, analytically inclined and a team player
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and proven organizational and time management skills
- Strong business acumen & professionalism
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets
- Resourceful problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Bi-lingual / French speaking an asset
