Lakeland Ford, Kia, and Hyundai in Prince Albert are looking for a **Deal Clerk** to join our team This full-time, weekday role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes in a busy dealership environment.

As a Deal Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and finance teams across all three dealerships by ensuring deals are processed accurately, posted correctly, and fully documented.

**What You’ll Do**
- Process vehicle deals from delivery through completion
- Post deals accurately into the dealership management system
- Register extended warranties and aftermarket products
- Prepare, file, and maintain complete deal jackets
- Track outstanding paperwork and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure all documentation meets dealership and regulatory requirements

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a dealership office or deal clerk role is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional attitude
- Knowledge of automotive paperwork, warranties, or registration processes is a plus
