- What You'll Do
- The Front End Rep (temporary up to 2 months) is responsible to:

- Major Activities:
- Initiate new files and reports that are received electronically or in a few instances provided directly by the client.-
- Populate a word document with account information to fax to the bank centres to request documents.-
- Upload received documents to a file in our web portal.-
- Request and then upload the received PPSA search to a file in our web portal.-
- Obtain and enter black book values into each file and verify the vehicle identification number (VIN).-
- Enter a number of milestones associated with new files.- Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel) including typing is mandatory.-
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, and deal with interruptions and prioritize work-
- Goal oriented; ability to work in a metrics driven position-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with mínimal supervision.- Please note:

- Employees hired after November 8, 2021 are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to have an approved exemption before beginning work in-person with the Employer.
- This position can be remote / partially remote in the provinces of Ontario, Quebec or British Columbia
