We’re opening a new office in Nanaimo, BC, and are looking for a **Team Lead** to drive our growth and ensure smooth operations. This leadership role combines business development, team supervision, client engagement, and hands-on support. You’ll build relationships within the community, oversee daily office activities, and deliver exceptional client care while upholding Care & Company’s values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, facilities, and organizations.
- Promote services through community events, meetings, and marketing outreach.
- Achieve high sales performance by converting leads into clients and fostering relationships.
- Supervise and support caregivers, companions, and drivers.
- Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and administrative tasks.
- Provide driving/companionship services as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in leadership or sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt as the role evolves and business needs change.
- Class 4 driver’s license and knowledge of Nanaimo area.

Pay: From $27.50 per hour
