Canada Yaldei Developmental Center and School Full time

The Yaldei Developmental Centre is looking to hire ABA Educator(s) / Therapist(s) to join our team.
- Demonstrate strong play skills, creativity, and genuine engagement with learners.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Be eager to grow and learn

Duties include:

- Actively engage with the learner during 1:1 sessions
- Follow and implement recommendations from a clinical supervisor and
multidisciplinary team
- Collect data and track learner progress
- Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers and other team members
- Attend and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Previous training and experience in ABA and/or ESDM (formal or informal) strongly preferred
- Bilingual (French/ English)
- Have or be pursuing a university level degree in a relevant field (education, psychology, childhood studies, etc.)
- RBT training or certification an advantage

Fonctions:

- S'engager activement avec l'apprenant lors des séances individuelles.
- Appliquer les recommandations d'un superviseur clinique et d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
- Prise de données au fil des sessions et suivre le progrès de l’apprenant.
- Communiquer avec les parents / tuteurs et les autres membres de l’équipe.
- Assister et participer aux opportunités de développement professionnel continu

Exigences:

- Expérience de travail avec des personnes ayant une variété de diagnostics et de groupes d'âge (du tout-petit à l'adolescent) appliquant des interventions comportementales
- Formation et expérience en ABA et/ou ESDM (formelle ou informelle) préféré
- Bilingue (français / anglais)
- Possède ou poursuit des études universitaires dans un domaine pertinent (éducation, psychologie, études de l'enfance, etc.)
- Formation ou certification RBT, un atout
