**TYPE**:Permanent Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 40 Weekly Hours
**SCHEDULE**:General hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; requirement to participate in after hours on call rotation. Schedule must be flexible to meet the needs of the program.
**START DATE**: As soon as possible

The Program Manager oversees program development and the daily operations of the site and program. The Manager develops, implements, monitors and evaluates the program policies, procedures and practices. The Manager is responsible for hiring, dismissal, discipline and performance evaluation of direct service staff. The position also provides support and direction for program support workers, ensuring that program mandate, policies and procedures are followed. The Manager promotes the interests of tenants and the program in the community and ensures that the program is maximally integrated and coordinated with other systems of care. The Manager is part of the leadership team and works closely with other program managers, the Building Operations team and administrative staff.

**PROGRAM SUMMARY**

The Chilliwack Intensive Case Management Team (Chilliwack ICM Team) is a Housing First outreach program serving the Chilliwack and surrounding area.

This team is a co-lead team and joint initiative between Fraser Health and RainCity Housing as a team comprised of clinicians such as nurses and counsellors, physicians, psychiatrist and housing outreach workers that include Indigenous and peer specialists. The RainCity staff on the team will include a co-lead (Manager), four outreach workers, a trauma counsellor and an Indigenous peer services worker. Fraser Health staff on the team will include a co-lead (Coordinator), three nursing staff, a counsellor and an office administration staff.

The goal of the Chilliwack ICM program is to support our program participants acquire and maintain housing, and live a safe, healthy and stable life in their community. We are a client centered, strength-based, program, valuing the skills, capacity and potential of individuals and working in collaboration with them to help them do things for themselves.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- A B.A. in a relevant health discipline
- Experience working on an outreach based clinical team is required
- Training in supervisory and/or managerial functions.
- Four years of recent related experience with women living with a mental health issues, substance use and /or are at risk of being homeless.
- One year in a supervisory, preferably managerial, capacity.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Class 5 driver’s license.

- Plan and direct a supported housing program;
