**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training to ensure excellent customer service.
- Drive retail sales through effective upselling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote studio services and increase clientele.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the studio.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with eyelash extensions is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in upselling products or services to enhance customer experience is a plus.
- A passion for beauty services and an understanding of industry trends will be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 42 per week
