Construction Project Coordinator

The project coordinator will assist the management and estimating team with all necessary support to achieve team goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist project managers with oversight of construction projects and other administrative tasks as needed
- Confirming all documentation is maintained for several projects and ensuring all records are properly filed and recorded
- Assist estimating with takeoff quantities
- Excess soil management
- Survey and GPS work
- Daily dispatch of dump trucks to job sites
- Attend project review meetings
- Assist with material ordering
- Ensure on site management have all documentation and materials needed
- Material handling and delivery
**Required Experience and Attributes**
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 1 year experience in your field
- Ability to understand engineering drawings
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to manage both on-site and administrative tasks
- Competence for multi-tasking and deadline management
- Punctuality
**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
