**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Instructional Designers and eLearning Developers guiding team on storyboard and script content to create end-to-end design for digital learning solutions
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to build efficiencies in content review cycles and course development processes to support scale and timely delivery
- Provide mentorship and drive project management using PM tools and the learning project management lifecycle
- Coordinate with different teams in the business to develop digital learning content and assets and influence the future directions of programs
- Lead and advance instructional design standards, policies, and procedures while owning and advancing quality assurance to lead instructional design development

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- 5+ years of experience with design/development of adult education programs and minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design project management as a people leader
- You are tech savvy and proficient with various Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML5 and CSS and expertise with instructional design, using either ADDIE or SAM methodology, eLearning tools and knowledge of responsive design and advanced actions, audio editing programs and Learning Management Systems
- You excel in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams while balancing multiple priorities efficiently
- You have mastered a combination of creative design skills and technical knowledge - experience with graphic design, video, micro‐learning, responsive design, gamification, simulations, animation/motion graphics
- You are flexible, upbeat and energetic - a self‐starter with the ability to quickly build strong partnerships and effectively communicate needs and challenges
- You love solving problems and using your critical thinking skills to find creative ideas and solutions while being resourceful and paying attention to detail
- Great at expressing yourself clearly and creatively, bilingual would be considered an asset
- You're game for travel - up to 20% travel required
