**Position Summary**:
Working in the K2 Production Facility, reporting the Bakeshop/Blends Supervisor, the **Bakers' Helper** is responsible for dispensing the raw ingredients at the right time, temperature, quantity and sequence to accurately follow formulations of batches of wet dough mixtures for baked goods production.

**Please note: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required***

**Skills Required**:

- Fluent written/verbal communications skills in the English Language
- Previous line work/mixing/baking experience an asset
- Experience with large industrial mixers / bakery deposit machines is an asset
- Knowledge of gluten free product an asset
- Above average communication skills
- Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting
- Good eye/hand coordination
- BRC, HACCP, food safety experience/knowledge an asset

**Duties**:

- Ensures neat and tidy work stations during and at end of shift
- Follows exact formulation for time, accuracy, temperature, quantity and sequence
- Able to follow productions sheets, pumping dough, removing bread from oven, etc
- Completes paperwork necessary to track production and formula ingredients
- Clean and sanitize tables, racks in the bakeshop area

- Ensures adherence to all Company policies and procedures
- Ensures Company Health & Safety Standards are met and maintained
- Ensures compliance with BRC and HACCP programs to ensure food safety

**Environment**:

- Exposure to noise, odors, hot & cold, dust, water
- Standing, walking, sitting and lifting
- Fast-paced, deadline oriented
- Multi-tasked setting
- Handling heavy loads

Shift: 5:00 am - 1:15pm, Monday through Friday

CSA approved steel toed boots are a requirement.
