Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist located in Hamilton, ON. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals of all ages with speech and communication disorders, language delays or disorders, voice and fluency disorders, and cognitive-communication disorders. You will also develop personalized treatment plans, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and goals.

**Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

Valid registration and certification with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)

Strong understanding of speech and language development

Demonstrated ability to assess and treat speech, communication, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders across all age groups

Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans that consider individual patient needs and preferences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families

Ability to document patient progress and maintain accurate records
