**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon sales.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Skills**
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and listen actively to clients’ needs.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$31.77 per hour
