**Skills**
- Proven experience in store management or a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- Proficient in retail sales techniques with a knack for negotiation and closing deals.
- Capability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team culture.
- Familiarity with cashiering systems and retail management software is preferred.
