**What You'll Be Doing**:
You will gain insight into the preconstruction aspects of low/mid
- and high-rise residential buildings. You will be exposed to highly experienced design and construction teams and will have an opportunity to learn from the best.

You'll receive direction and mentorship reporting into the Estimating Manager. Your tasks may vary, but here are a few of the areas that you'll get hands-on experience with:

- Estimation is an art that drives opportunity and growth at the forefront of the construction process.
- Jump in and collaboratively complete the full cycle bid process.
- Actively complete full quantity take-offs to ensure accuracy of contract specifications and pricing.
- Assemble conceptual and budget costs using past project analytics, benchmarking, and historical data
- Build upon and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders that reflect and support Graham core values

- Coordinate and attend field visits and pre-tender meetings
- Assist in all of the estimating process, including quantity take-offs, cost of labour, equipment, and materials, and tender preparation.
