- Ability to provide information and guidance on a variety of issues pertaining to patient questions and concerns in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, pro-active individual who leads by example
- Able to effectively work in a team environment but also able to work independently with little or no supervision
- **This position is perfect for those who currently work as a receptionist in a fast paced physiotherapy clinic and would like to advance their career in adding the position of Admin Lead / Assistant Office Manager.**

**Responsibilities **(you will be working separate days as a Clinic Admin Lead / Assistant Office Manager and Clinic Office Receptionist/Admin):
**As Admin Lead / Clinic Assistant Office Manager**:

- Assistance with the clinic owner in managing all staff and staff related matters, scheduling and payroll
- Trouble shooting; developing, reviewing, and maintaining policies and procedures
- Conflict resolution
- resolving issues and challenges as they arise on a daily basis
- Management of financial affairs including: teleplan billings (ICBC, WSBC, MSP), monthly stats, meeting monthly goals, liaising with our accounts manager on accounts receivables and outstanding accounts, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time, and generating reports from Janeapp
- Human Resources
- assistance with hiring/training new employees, conduct work interviews, and conduct performance reviews
- Write and prepare professional documentation and letters
- Develop and relay the vision of the practice
- Training for the Admin Lead / Assistant Office Manager duties will be provided
- for those applicants with less experience in this area, they would begin as an Admin Lead, and with growth can ascend to the position of Assistant Office Manager / Office Manager.
