When your actions lead to success.
- Working with the business and clients to gather requirements for TC’s proprietary digital platform and transform them into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Collaborating with the development, product, QA, PM and design teams to ensure requirements are understood, concise and ready for implementation
- Working with project managers to identify change management requirements (e.g., communication, training, workflows etc.) and ensure that they are executed successfully
- Collaborating with other internal teams and external vendors to ensure that reciprocal business needs or limitations are considered throughout all stages of the project
- Provide on-going support for current implementations
- Guides QA through testing objectives and assist with analysis of testing results if needed
- Functions as a liaison between the business and the project team. Walks stakeholders through requirements and manages expectations regarding scope

**When your expertise drives us.**:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a business systems analysis in software development
- Experience within system implementation projects, business process mapping and data mapping, JIRA or related software
- Experience in working with projects based on Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication skills across a range of forums, channels, and stakeholders includingdocumentation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and negotiating skills
- High attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to high paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under tight deadlines is a must
- Maintain knowledge of software development, methodologies and information technology trends through training, appropriate literature, and other means
- BABOK, CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent certification, Experience in print/digital marketing, and Adobe suite (InDesign) is an asset
- Agile Certification (CSM, CPO) and Project management certification is an asset

**What makes you technical**:

- Broad exposure/experience of software development life cycle typically 2-3 or more years of related experience
- Understanding of SQL,.NET technologies, APIs, Azure/AWS infrastructure, C#, XML data structures and different operating systems/browser environments
- Experience in development of multi-tier web and API solutions
