**We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our Snow Removal Team as a Loader Operator. This position can transition into our summer landscape maintenance and construction work. **We are a brand built on the principles of excellent workmanship, customer satisfaction, and real care. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. We use the latest equipment for snow removal to make the operators job easy and efficient. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. **Benefits** - Weekly on-call stand by pay is paid monthly in the amount of $100/week ($400/month). - Benefits package available after 3 months - Bonus program which is activated your first day of work and paid out semi annually - RRSP matching program available after 1 year of employment - Interested in pursuing a career in horticulture? We have apprenticeship opportunities available - Paid training Specific Responsibilities: - Position is on call, must be prepared to work when required. Minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed. - Inspect equipment before and after each shift. - Operate loader with bucket and snow push safely. - Plough snow from parking lots and condo properties. - Load snow and other material into dump trucks. - Addresses clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriate - Performs other duties as required Job Requirements: - **Valid Driver's License** with clean record - Willingness to work on-call shift work. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature - All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands’ marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with The Grounds Guys® franchise system within a specified geographical area. Only the independently owned and operated franchised business shall have any interaction with or authority for its business and make all employment related decisions related to its franchised business.
