**Special Projects Accounting Administrator**

**Key Information**:

- ** Must have a minimum of two to three years of payroll administration or equivalent experience.**:

- ** Must be able to assist and support with all payroll administrative tasks and general office duties.**:

- ** Tracking duties for; procurement, material, fuel logs, and various project costs.**:

- ** Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Must be willing to work overtime when needed.**:

- **Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- ** Health benefits, and vacation pay offered.**

- ** Timekeeping.**:

- Take meeting minutes and distribute accordingly.
- Assisting with LEM's.
- Performing various other administrative duties, such as, filing, and correspondence preparation.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- ** 1-2 years of office experience required.**:

- ** A diploma or post secondary in Administration or Accounting or equivalent would be considered an asset.**:

- Team player.
- Very good people skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Project-goal oriented.
- Proficient in problem solving.
- Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
- You have a safety conscious attitude and able to work with others in a team
- ** A reliable means of transportation is required.**:

- Proficient English language skills required.

**Education**: A diploma or post-secondary in finance, such as payroll or accounting or equivalent would be an asset.
