Duties:
Answer client calls with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor; direct call as necessary
Provide technical support for client's radios, routers and internet quality
Build radios
Program and perform maintenance on telecommunication equipment
Miscellaneous office tasks

Qualifications:
Strong customer service based attitude & problem solving skills
Great attention to detail
Ambitious / willing to learn and grow with the company
Professional phone demeanor
Positive attitude with the ability to work well with team members and clients Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Self-motivated with time management skills
Adaptable with the ability to confidently make decisions under little supervision
Ability to use various hand tools and small power tools to assist in assembling radios ready for deployment
Experience with routers and a history of troubleshooting is an asset but not required.

**Requirements**:
Considerable applicant MUST have basic computer literacy
Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Available to work 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime hours if needed
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Clear criminal background check
Ability to lift 50lbs
