**We are a busy, fast paced diner open 8am - 3pm, Monday
- Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday/Sunday. We are looking for reliable, mature cooks who have a passion for cooking.**
**Responsibilities consist of**:
**-Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and following recipes.**
**-Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.**
**-Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies**
**-Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.**
**-Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.**

**-Moves quickly and efficiently maintaining focus to prepare dishes of quality.**

**-Positive attitude who enjoys working in a team environment.**

**Experience is not necessary, but useful.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

COVID-19 considerations:
Wash and sanitize hands prior to shift and thru out service.

**Experience**:

- cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
