**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly fashion.
- Cook simple meals as needed, adhering to dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all assigned areas.
- Communicate effectively in English to understand client requests and provide updates on cleaning status.
- Utilize time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Excellent hospitality skills to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus; familiarity with various cuisines is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (e.g., French).
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for client satisfaction.
