**Job title: Field Supervisor**

**Work Schedule: 14 days on and 14 days off - 12 hours shift daily**

**Location: Gogama, ON (Côté Gold Site)**

**Job Overview**:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the Site Services Crew while providing support to the Site Services Coordinator and other departments as needed. The primary role of the Field Supervisor is to manage and plan the daily tasks assigned to the Site Services Crew. Additionally, the Field Supervisor will address inquiries, manage work delays, respond to emergencies, and handle incidents related to the Site Services Crew.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Supervise service work, renovations, and new construction within the Site Services department.
- Oversee Site Services team members, including Labourers, Operators, and other staff.
- Ensure the Site Services team operates safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate with subcontractors as required.
- Plan and manage daily work priorities for the Site Services team.
- Respond promptly to work delays, emergencies, and incidents.
- Address project-related inquiries and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience operating machinery and valid certifications are an asset.
- G-Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record (abstract required upon hiring).
- Knowledge of and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations and site safety protocols.
