**Job Description**:
What you'll be doing
- At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on-site full-time.
How you'll succeed- Concierge processes - Develop and update concierge processes and schedules that ensure a Purpose-aligned and high-touch guest experience, as well as smooth operation of the specialty floors Concierge services. Ensure processes are complete, comprehensive and reflect a deep understanding of the needs of all stakeholders. Investigate process/operational issues to determine root cause and take necessary steps to improve them.- CIBC knowledge - You have good comprehension and working knowledge of our various lines of business' and represent our CIBC brand in delivering an excellent experience every day.- Guest services oversight - Provide management oversight of the Guest Services function, ensuring that people, processes, and technology function at an optimal level and are well integrated.
