Murray Motor Sports is hiring a full-time parts counter person. Knowledge of the Powersports industry and Lawn & Garden industry is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and operate a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Excel for data entry and analysis
- Strong market knowledge to understand customer needs and preferences
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Negotiation skills to handle customer requests and resolve issues
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating transactions accurately
- Knowledge of Powersports and Lawn & Garden equipment
- Experience in cashiering or point-of-sale systems is preferred
