**Temporary Bus Driver - G7 Summit (June 2025)**

Are you ready to be part of something exceptional? This June, the world’s spotlight will shine on Kananaskis as it hosts the 2025 G7 Summit - a high-profile international event bringing together world leaders, diplomats, and media from across the globe. Diversified Transportation is proud to play a critical role in this historic moment, and we invite experienced drivers to join us in delivering world-class transportation services throughout the summit.

We are currently seeking professional Drivers (Motorcoach, Industrial, Mini Bus, Van) to support this summit. This is a temporary opportunity with work expected to last for 1 - 3 weeks in June. Drivers will shuttle guests, delegates, members of the RCMP and support staff in and around the Calgary/Kananaskis region, operating on a 24-hour bussing schedule with drivers working 12-hour shifts.

**What Diversified Offers**:

- Training Rate: $18.00/hour
- Project Rate (Coach): $30.00/hour
- Other Units (Industrial Bus/Minibus/Vans): $27.00/hour
- Company uniform (shirts) provided
- Accommodation provided for those not local to the Calgary area

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Full pre and post trip inspections of the vehicle
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers and clients
- Adhere to Diversified's policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Complete and submit daily DVCR's and FLRA's

**Position Requirements**:

- Valid class 1, 2 or 4 driver’s license; preference given to those with a class 1 or 2Q license
- Possess a driver’s abstract with less than 3 demerit points (current within 30 days)
- Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
- Customer service oriented and safety minded
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, passengers and internally through radio usage
- Ability to obtain clearance for the following tasks is required: Pre-Employment Check Ride, Physical Demands Analysis, Drug & Alcohol Test, Extensive Criminal Background Check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1-3 weeks

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-06-02
