**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Nottawasaga Inn Resort. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping staff to ensure that our resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize staff productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the resort.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial management within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills for interacting with guests and staff alike.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
