**Duties**
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution.
- Perform gardening duties including planting, pruning, and weeding to promote healthy plant growth.
- Carry out landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, and mulching to keep properties looking their best.
- Harvest for plants, leaves, mushrooms.
- Snow removal and land maintenance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment used in landscaping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects, including installing hardscapes like patios and walkways.
- Follow safety protocols while working in diverse weather conditions and environments.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with excavators and other heavy machinery is a plus.
