The job involves working with tools, supervising and scheduling a small team, and communicating with and reporting to the owner.

Have at least 5 years of experience in residential remodeling in Canada

Be physically fit and able to conduct hands-on work well & efficiently (must be able to lift min 50lbs)

Know the sequence of steps in the construction process

Have fluent English skills

Be Detail-oriented

Be honest

**Responsibilities**:
Provide hands-on work Mon to Fri from 9am to 5pm and rarely some weekends

Coordinate & supervise a small team of trades and helpers

Communicate with owner and peers in a positive and constructive manner

Be a leader on the Jobsite

**Requirements**:
Must have current Driver's License and a car

Must have tools, vehicle and cellphone with internet access

Must have experience in remodeling homes or home repair trades

Must be flexible to work at various sites

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
