Our customer-centric approach ensures our clients receive unparalleled support and tailored solutions that drive results. **Position Overview** **Duties and Responsibilities** - Provision, configure, and maintain all hardware including laptops, desktops, servers and network equipment. - Administer cloud-based services such as Google Workspace, RMM tools, and antivirus solutions. - Support the development team by managing dev environments and isolated test networks. - Monitor, deploy, and maintain virtual machines and containers. - Install, configure, and manage networking devices, including firewalls, switches, and routing. - Maintain NetBox documentation for data center rack diagrams and network topology. - Set up and maintain demo environments, including servers, network switches, and broadcast equipment. - Prepare and manage demo systems for trade shows, including shipping and setup logistics. - Provide support to customers as needed. - Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. **Tech Stack** - Google Workspace - Slack - Netbox - JIRA/Atlassian - Hubspot **Required Skills / Experience** - A degree or diploma in IT administration, system engineering, or a related role. - Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. - Ability to manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues. - Critical thinking and Problem solving ability - Requirements gathering & active listening - A robust sense of humour, an open mind, and a desire to learn and grow **Nice to haves** - 3+ years of experience in IT administration, system engineering, or a related role. - Experience with cloud platforms (Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, etc.). - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, or Docker. - Hands-on experience with firewalls, network switches, and routing. - Proficiency in network documentation tools like NetBox. - Experience with networking devices, architectures and protocols Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Location**: - Hamilton, ON L8P 4V2 (required) Work Location: In person
