**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides and their parties, guiding them through the selection of bridal gowns and accessories. Your expertise in retail sales and your ability to create a welcoming environment will help ensure that each bride has a memorable experience as they prepare for their special day.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist brides in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and other related products.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand the bride's vision and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and fittings to ensure proper fit and style.
- Maintain an organized inventory of bridal gowns and accessories through effective merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate multiple clients while maintaining high service standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone etiquette, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and efficient work environment.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base.
- Proficiency in technology sales, including familiarity with product demos and technical sales processes.
- Experience in retail sales with a solid understanding of merchandising principles.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
