CMS Group LTD is currently looking to hire a Mechanical Estimating Coordinator to join our growing organization. Reporting into the Senior Estimator and Vice President, Mechanical the Mechanical Estimating Coordinator will work in a high-performance mid
- size team and be responsible for the following duties inclusive but not limited to:

- Preparation of quotes and bid package documents
- Control general estimating mailbox and respond to all requests in a timely manner
- Preparation and printing of drawings
- Assisting Estimating team with client requests and deadlines
- Customer and supplier inquiry & update calls
- Update estimating board and assist Estimating team in scheduling calls, meetings, and other time sensitive items
- Update Vice President and Executive Vice President on new and existing estimates
- Work cross functionally with administration and operation team on ad-hoc duties

In order to qualify for the position, you must possess the following skill set
- **Minimum 1 year experience in a junior \ administrative estimating position in a MECHANICAL contracting environment or graduation from a Mechanical Engineering program or related field.**
- Advanced multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to communicate well with clients and work in a collaborative team setting
- Advanced Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Accubid experience would be considered an asset**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
