**What you can expect when joining the team**

Reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing, you will step into a pivotal role as a Director of Growth Marketing, responsible for leading and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth that effectively promote Petal's products and drive increased engagement with our target audience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, product management, sales and the central marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.

**Your daily life**

During the day, you will be led to:

- Manage and optimize the entire growth funnel from acquisition to retention, identifying and improving key growth levers;
- Develop a comprehensive ABM growth strategy s that will help expand our customer base, increase revenue, and achieve business growth;
- Leverage data analytics to design and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI;
- Run data-driven experiments and A/B tests to identify new growth opportunities and scale successful strategies
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team of growth and field marketers;
- Lead marketing plan and budget exercises with various internal stakeholders;
- Develop and present actionable reports on growth metrics, KPIs and insights to executive leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, product and customer success teams to align growth strategies with revenue targets, focusing on pipeline creation and conversion optimization

**Profile**:
Are you a seasoned and strategic marketing professional, known for your capacity to execute comprehensive marketing strategies and drive results? Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact on a company's growth? The sky is the limit If you have:

- 10 years of growth or demand generation experience in a B2B tech or SaaS. company;
- 5 years' experience leading a growth or marketing team
- Solid track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies;
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
- Strong project management skills, with ability to work cross-functionally;
- Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud or Pardot;
- Proven experience working in HealthTech (asset);
- Excellent written and spoken French and English;
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
