**Overview** We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers directly at their homes, presenting our products and services, getting their contact information and after some training, you'll do estimates and close deals yourself. **Duties** - Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and sell our products and services to potential customers in a designated area. - Build rapport with residents to establish trust and encourage sales. - Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our offerings based on a pre-made script. - Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns regarding products or services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our "Home Cataloging System". - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market penetration. - Provide hourly, daily, and weekly feedback to Sales Manager. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales environments. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English AND French required. - Experience in inside sales or related fields is beneficial. - Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. - A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
