We are looking for customer-focused, excellent communicator to join our team as a bilingual customer service representative (English and Chinese).

**What You Will Do as USANA’s Customer Service Representative**
- Perform office administrative tasks, such as booking meeting rooms, managing customer complaints, and assisting with company events
- Address additional customer service and administrative needs
- Adhere to on-site schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Wednesday and Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Every other Saturday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

**Background and Skills You Will Need**
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
