Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for numbers? We're looking for a highly motivated **Financial Controller** to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The **Financial Controller** will direct the organization's financial operations and strategies, overseeing financial reporting, audits, and budget management. You will play a key role in financial decision-making, providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all accounting and financial operations, including monthly and year-end close.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Budget management, budget preparation, guidance, review, control, and execution analysis;
- Design, document, and continually refine comprehensive SOPs specific to accounting processes, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Develop, maintain, and improve dynamic financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior leadership and investors.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to help guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare necessary filings.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial success and growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or similar certification required.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
