**JOB DETAILS**:
FMFN Group is seeking a self-motivated individual to perform heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair (on-road & off-road), which includes maintaining, repairing and overhauling heavy vehicles and heavy industrial equipment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintenance and repair of on-road and off-road equipment (from tractor-trailers to mining equipment); diagnose faults or malfunctions.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure work meets manufacturers’ specifications, legislated regulations, and service reports.
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals; record each job task on a work order
- Keep equipment cleaned, lubricated, and maintained; clean working environment.
- Attend standard service calls to the site or other locations
- Record each inspection with a 20-point inspection guideline for heavy-duty equipment

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Rotation: 7×7, 12 hours per day with overtime available
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more; prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting and bending
- Able to perform work in adverse weather conditions, including hot, cold and inclement weather
- Great team environment

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Journeyperson Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician
- 2-5 years experience as a Journeyperson
- Must have own transportation to travel to and from a worksite
- Must have own tools and a lockable toolbox
- Full Class 5 License
