**Customer Success Specialists** **Reports To** - Store Manager._ **Department** - Operations._ **Summary of Position** - Not your average sales associate job. We like to refer to ourselves as "customer_ - success specialists" because realistically that is the sole purpose of this position. This_ - is one of the MOST important roles in the company because it is one of the only_ - positions that deals face to face with our customers everyday. We only hire_ - passionate, hard working and self starting individuals who have quit smoking with_ - vaping. Your core responsibilities are greeting, serving and educating our customers_ - while representing our company in a positive, professional manner & performing_ - inventory duties._ **Duties and Responsibilities** - Essential Functions of the sales associate._ - Customer service: Greeting new customers and welcoming them to the store. Identifying their needs, recommending appropriate products & oering appropriate up-sells/down-sells/cross-sells. - Product knowledge: Staying up to date on all of the newest products and educating customers. - Inventory duties: Counting inventory & stocking shelves. - Maintain store appearance and atmosphere at all times **Other Duties and Responsibilities** - Duties and responsibilities that are performed occasionally or in addition to the_ - essential functions of the position._ - Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned. - Advising new and experienced customers on usage and maintenance of vaping devices.This may include demonstrating the device, providing samples and sharing your personal experience. - Multi-tasking to serve multiple customers at a time while delivering a 5 star experience - Assist in location awareness during non-peak times, including street team marketing **Skills & Experience** - _Excellent Communication skills (required)_ - _POS / Retail skills. (1 Year preferred)_ - _Used vaping to quit smoking (preferred)_ **Physical Requirements** - Be able to lift up to 50 pounds._ - Be able to stand for long periods of time_ **Location** **545 Niagara ST.
