**Specific Responsabilities**:

- Physical picking and packing of orders for Automation equipment and consumables.
- Use of automated and manual shipping systems (i.e. UPS, Purolator, Canada post).
- Organize and prepare equipment for transportation to customer or showcase sites.
- Make transportation arrangements to ensure equipment arrives on time and is delivered by the safest and most economical method.
- Physical receiving of parts, materials, supplies and equipment.
- Ensure related shipping and receiving paperwork are appropriately completed, processed through ERP system and forwarded to Accounting when applicable.
- Occasionally bring packages to appropriate courier depot or directly to airport for rush (emergency) shipments in support of after-hours shipping (or after transport pick-up).
- Establish and utilize best methods (including statistical models and software) to monitor and report on inventory levels of finished goods and consumables and place orders as required
- Work collaboratively with adjacent departments and management to continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach

**Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in warehouse
- Experience with systems implementation (i.e. ERP, warehouse management systems, etc.) considered an important asset
- Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to prioritize assignments.
- Good communication skills and process planning.
- Proficient computer skills including ERP and Microsoft Office tools. Epicor experience an asset.
- Demonstrate flexibility to effectively respond to shifting priorities.
- Work hours are driven by the needs of the customer and the business, which may include overtime and occasional weekends.
- Will be on call after hours on a rotation shift

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**:
$34,700 - $57,900
