Vehicle Sales Accounting Administrator

**Performance Auto Group **is currently seeking a
**Deal Administrator** to join their Accounting team in
**Essential Job Duties**:
- Post and reconcile retail and wholesale vehicle deals.
- Maintain and reconcile relative schedules on a routine basis.
- Process payment posting of vehicle chattel.
- Maintain inventory of deal files.
- After-market purchase reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Monthly Inventory reconciliation and audits.
- Provide support on deal administration matters.
- Must exercise full discretion and confidentiality with sales commission information.
**Position Requirements**:
- Accounting knowledge required; College Diploma in business or accounting is required.
- 2 years Automotive dealer accounting experience is required.
- Knowledge of CDK and One-Eighty Dealer software is required.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience required.
- Strong computer and communication skills; attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong Data entry experience.
