Power BI Data Analyst

The Power BI Data Analyst is responsible for working across FreshBI’s client base supporting our Power BI Consultants in solution design. The core responsibility of this role is ensuring client business objectives are met with effective and aesthetically pleasing digital products that help our partners gain value from their data. You will be a major contributor to building solution visions for FreshBI’s clients in tandem with our Partner Success team. This is a key role that supports our whole team of Power BI Coaches with guidance on design that ensures alignment on business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:

- Ability to think from the user perspective, understand good UX (user-experience) fundamentals.
- Design clean, functional, and practical user interfaces.
- Assist in finding inventive solutions to complex problems that meet client’s needs.
- Use a variety of techniques to document these solutions including user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and design documents.
- Good understanding of business, processes, efficiency strategies.
- Become proficient in describing the value of the FreshBI approach.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

- Demonstrated lifelong learning - Applicants with self-directed educational backgrounds - Montessori Educated, Home-Schooled, Unschooled - will be given preference.
- Proven capability to act in the role of business analyst, including understanding and designing business processes.
- A commanding desire to learn and succeed.
- Proven capability to lead solutions design with an emphasis on UX/UI
- Strong written and inter-personal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and make initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work remotely effectively with a reliable internet connection.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and fun to work with.
